The Fast Track One-Day Detox Diet

Theory:

The connection between weight loss and toxicity is important.  The more toxic your body becomes, the more difficulty you’ll have losing weight. Toxins are found everywhere – in our food, air, water; at home and at work; in the city and in the country.
